CLASSICO Family

1. Composed of modules in galvanized steel combinable with fitting. At the junction point of the modules, the steel is triple thickness and forms a strong vertical rib that prevents their flexion. The mesh panel is fixed on the sides with molded and grooved tabs.

2. The top cover is molded and structured in a single body and accommodates the self-supporting roller guide in thickened aluminum which inserts easily and without the need for fastening.

3. The frame is equipped with a central spacer in sheet metal and an alignment spacer molded with fitting which is inserted about 30 cm into the metal frame, in order to ensure a perfect alignment of the structure with the wooden jamb.

4. At the mouth of the frame, under the plaster skim coat, an anti-crack elastic joint is placed.

5. The set of rollers provided is made of self-lubricating polyamide resins within which two ball bearings with dust protection are inserted. The rollers are injection molded in a hot chamber and then turned on a ground cylindrical pin, which ensures their concentricity.

6. The load that each set of rollers can support is 160 Kg.
