SAHECO EXHIBITED ITS LATEST INNOVATIONS AT EQUIP BAIE
06-11-06 |
|
From the 13th to 17th of November, SAHECO, the Sant Quirze de Besora based sliding door mechanism company, exhibited its latest innovations at Equip Baie in Paris, the tenth International Windows, Doors, Shutters and Solar Protection Exhibition, held at the Paris Expo exhibition site in Porte de Versailles.
From among its complete range of products, SAHECO exhibited the SV-85, for sliding panes of up to 80 kg weight per pane, with a double top strip of natural aluminium with side grooves that enable the installation mechanism covers to be fitted and removed.
Also on show at our stand was the SV-P150 system for sliding panes of up to 150 kg weight, characterised by a stopping area for the panes, known as a “parking” area, which is at 90º or perpendicular, allowing a range of different fitting variations and making it a flexible option that can be adapted to any space.
SAHECO also exhibited the SV-A101D for folding panes of up to 100 kg per pair of panes, with the special feature of being fitted with solid aluminium anti-vandal hinges, the SV-I120 for sliding panes of up to 120 kg weight in stainless steel, plus the new SV-SINCRO mechanism, which provides a synchronised opening of the two doors that make up the installation.

THE VITRUM COMPANY VISITS SAHECO
04-12-06 |
On September 28th, Mr Josep Ribera and Mr Pere Manuel Marin, from the Vitrum company, paid a visit to Saheco, the company based in Sant Quirze de Besora devoted to the production of mechanisms for sliding doors, in order to carry out product training and also to see the company’s latest innovations.
The day’s visit began with a welcome to the Saheco facilities, provided by the company manager Mr Oscar Torrabias. Then the commercial manager, Mr Esteban Utset, and the technical manager, Mr Josep Torres began the presentation of the products.
During the course of the visit, the range of products that Saheco offers was discussed, and also the latest additions, the SV-SINCRO, SV-A101D and SV-P150.
The commercial department and technical department explained in detail, and with the aid of audiovisual support, the characteristics of each of these systems applied to dividers and glass doors.
Special attention was paid to the new products. These include the SV-SINCRO, which provides a synchronised opening of the two doors that make up the installation. The elements that make up the system unit are complementary to Saheco products, and are therefore applicable for weights from 40 to 125 kg.
The SV-A101D was also discussed, a system for sliding folding panes, of 100 kg per pair of panes. Its top profile is made of natural aluminium, and its hard-wearing wheels are fitted on two or four ball bearings for those at the ends, and on four for the middle ones. Solid aluminium anti-vandal hinges are fitted, with the mechanised parts always visible on the inside of the lock, offering a perfect finish. Guides are fitted at the bottom, which will allow the panes to slide along the bottom aluminium profile and prevent any possible swinging.
The functioning of the SV-P150 was explained - a system for sliding panes of up to 150 kg/pane for 10 to 12 mm thick glass. The model is characterised by its stopping area for the panes, known as a “parking” area, which is at 90º or perpendicular, allowing a range of different fitting variations, making it a flexible option that can be adapted to any space.
After a long conversation between those attending, and a meal in a restaurant typical of the area, the visit concluded with a detailed guided tour of the factory, and with some last-minute clarifications about all the products shown and especially the new items.

NEW SF-85
04-12-06 |
As part of its range of dividers and connecting doors, Saheco is launching the SF-85 onto the market - a system for sliding panels of up to 85 kg per panel. It is fitted with a top profile of double natural aluminium with side grooves that allow the covers that hide the installation mechanism to be fitted and removed. The panels of which it is made up are completely independent. The separation between them is 5 mm, as the wooden frame is 23 mm thick. They have wheels with ball bearings that allow the absorbing of unevenness in the profile, with vertical adjustment. The bottom guide is concealed to allow an installation without mechanisms on view.
